Public Bus Services and Tram Services

Public bus and tram services pass nearby to every secondary school in the City of Nottingham. Bus and tram operators offer discounted tickets to children aged under 16 years, some of which can be bought in advance via the internet, local travel centres or in person. Visit details www.nottinghamcity.gov.uk/seasontickets and www.nctx.co.uk for more information.

Pupils that qualify for free travel will be offered a public bus pass called a Citycard Scholar Pass. This type of ticket has great flexibility on usage allowing access to all bus public bus operators in Greater Nottingham and including ability to use the NET (Tram) and local train services.

Lost or Stolen Passes

If your pass has been lost or stolen please report to Nottingham City Council's School Transport Team 0115 8765049 in order for arrangements to be made for it to be cancelled and for you to collect a new one. Replacement passes will cost £3.
