Tell Us Once
Becoming a parent/dealing with the loss of a loved one can be a stressful time in your life.
In the past, letting individual government departments know about a change in your circumstances such as a birth or bereavement might have taken a lot of time and effort.
Nottingham City Council in partnership with Nottinghamshire County Council and districts have launched a better service for citizens called Tell Us Once.
What does it mean?
It means you will tell us JUST ONCE about a change in details and, with your permission, we'll pass these on securely to any local and central government departments who need to be notified so you don't have to.
We'll give you more details about the new service, including the agencies we can contact on your behalf when you book your appointment.
