Enquire - chat with a librarian now via our 24/7 enquiry service
Chat with a librarian 24 hours a day, 7 days a week about our services or any other questions that you have.
When you use our Enquire service you will be asked to enter your name, an e-mail address and your question. Within a few seconds you will be "chatting" with a librarian who will ensure that they understand your question and will then try to get you the answer as quickly as possible.

Some questions may take a little longer to answer and the librarian may ask you if it will be ok to e-mail it back to you later.
The service is staffed by Nottingham librarians during UK office hours and by colleagues from around the world at other times.
